CAR/TCR Gene Copy Number Detection Kit는 HIV-1 렌티바이러스 벡터 기술을 이용하여 제조된 CAR-T/TCR-T 세포의 게놈에서 CAR 유전자 복제 수를 정량적으로 검출하기 위해 설계되었습니다.
CAR/TCR Gene Copy Number Detection Kit는 형광 프로브 방법과 멀티플렉스 PCR 방법을 사용하여 전달 플라스미드 및 reference gene (RFG)의 인간 세포 내 통합 또는 발현 기능과 관련된 DNA 서열을 검출하고, 샘플 내 세포당 CAR 유전자 복제 수를 계산할 수 있습니다.
